An exhaustive list of the guidelines for using these areas is included in the Lease Agreement and Design Guidelines and Standards, but the key items are summarized below: • Use of the area shall be between the hours of 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM. • Furnishings, signs, tent, and other items must be securely anchored. • Employees and servers will be informed about polluting/illicit discharges and shall not allow waste, food, litter, or beverages to be poured on the street or sidewalk. • The use of the area cannot inhibit the free movement of pedestrians on the sidewalk. • No amplified music is allowed in these areas.
