Solicited Discounted Prepayment Notice definition

Solicited Discounted Prepayment Notice means a written notice of the Borrower of Solicited Discounted Prepayment Offers made pursuant to Section 2.05(a)(v)(D) substantially in the form of Exhibit M-6.
