Discount Price definition
Discount Price means the price per share of the Standard Preferred Stock sold in the Equity Financing multiplied by the Discount Rate.
Discount Price means the product of (i) the price per share of Capital Stock sold in an Equity Financing and (ii) 100% less the Discount.
Discount Price shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.2 hereof.
