Xxxx Option definition

Xxxx Option means the option to be granted to St. Xxxx pursuant to the Option Agreement. "ST. XXXX PRE-CLOSING SUBSIDIARIES" has the meaning specified in Article V.

Xxxx Option shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 5.
