Vested Option means an Option in respect of which the relevant Vesting Conditions have been satisfied and the Option Grantee has become eligible to exercise the Option.

Vested Option means any Option, or portion thereof, which is exercisable by the Holder. Vested Options remain exercisable only for that period of time as provided for under this Plan and any applicable Option Award Agreement. Once a Vested Option is no longer exercisable after otherwise having been exercisable, the Option shall become null and void.

Vested Option means an Option, which has vested in pursuance to the Scheme and has thereby become exercisable.

Vested Option means an Option that is issued and outstanding as of immediately prior to the Effective Time, to the extent such Option is vested and exercisable immediately prior to the Effective Time (after giving effect to any acceleration of vesting in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement).
