Vested Option definition

Vested Option means any Option, which has already been vested according to the Vesting Dates.
Vested Option means an Option in respect of which the relevant Vesting Conditions have been satisfied and the Option Grantee has become eligible to exercise the Option.
Vested Option means any Option, or portion thereof, which is exercisable by the Holder. Vested Options remain exercisable only for that period of time as provided for under this Plan and any applicable Option Award Agreement. Once a Vested Option is no longer exercisable after otherwise having been exercisable, the Option shall become null and void.

More Definitions of Vested Option

Vested Option means a Company Option that is outstanding immediately prior to the Effective Time and that is vested or would automatically vest upon consummation of the Merger pursuant to this Agreement or the terms of the underlying Option agreement in effect as of the date hereof.
Vested Option shall refer to the portion of the Option that is vested at such time.
