Employee Option definition

Employee Option means an Option granted pursuant to Section 5.
Employee Option means each Company Option that was granted to the holder in the holder’s capacity as an employee of the Company or its Subsidiaries for applicable employment Tax purposes as specified in the Closing Consideration Schedule.
Employee Option means each Vested Company Option that was granted to the holder in the holder’s capacity as, or that has ever had vesting tied to the holder’s performance of services as, a service provider who is or was an employee of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries for applicable employment Tax purposes.

Employee Option means an option to purchase shares of Common Stock issued under the Option Plan or other equity award plan of Holdings.
