Such Wireless Communication Equipment shall be used for wireless communications within the Premises only, and shall be for the servicing of the operations conducted by Tenant from within the Premises.
Such Wireless Communication Equipment shall, in all instances, comply with applicable governmental laws, codes, rules and regulations.
Tenant shall not be entitled to license its Wireless Communication Equipment to any third party, nor shall Tenant be permitted to receive any revenues, fees or any other consideration for the use of such Communication Equipment by any third party.

Tenant hereby acknowledges and agrees that Landlord has made no warranty or representation to Tenant with respect to the suitability of the Premises for any wireless communications, specifically including, without limitation, with respect to the quality and clarity of any receptions and transmissions to or from the Wireless Communication Equipment and the presence of any interference with such signals whether emanating from Landlord’s Communication Equipment, the Building, the Project or otherwise.
In no event shall any such interference with Tenant’s Wireless Communication Equipment have any effect on this Lease or give to Tenant any offset or defense to the full and timely performance of its obligations hereunder, or entitle Tenant to any abatement of rent or additional rent or any other payment required to be made by Tenant hereunder, or constitute any accrual or constructive eviction of Tenant, or otherwise give rise to any other claim of any nature against Landlord.
In no event shall any of the following equipment or systems which are in place in the Project as of the Lease Commencement Date be deemed to interfere with Tenant’s Wireless Communication Equipment: standard maintenance equipment, mechanical equipment (e.g. HVAC systems), office equipment, computer equipment, telecommunications systems, and other similar equipment, devices, and systems used in connection with the primary businesses operated at the Project from time to time.
