Wireless communication services means commercial mobile services, unlicensed wireless services, and common carrier wireless exchange access services, as defined by federal laws and regulations.

Wireless communication services means the specific plan for use with the GPS Tracking Device to obtain global positioning information from the System. The Wireless Communication Services will track a wide variety of motorized vehicles and other assets including, but not limited to cars, trucks, excavators, cranes, construction equipment, electrical generators, shipping containers, airplanes, and trains being tracked by the System (collectively, the “Monitored Asset(s)”).
