Weatherization definition

Weatherization means building insulation (for attic, exterior walls and crawl space), siding to improve energy efficiency, replacement storm windows, replacement storm doors, replacement windows and replacement doors, and is considered a major system for rehabilitation.
Weatherization means the conservation repairs which the department designates be performed, and the conservation measures assigned by the department for installation in the dwelling of an assisted household pursuant to the weatherization program.
