Video lottery means any lottery conducted with a video lottery machine or linked video lottery machines with a progressive jackpot or progressive system. Video lottery conducted pursuant to this chapter shall not be considered a state-run lottery.
Video lottery means any lottery conducted in a video lottery facility with a video lottery machine or a network of linked video lottery machines with an aggregate progression prize or prizes (excluding keno, table games, and the Internet lottery).
