Game definition

Game means a “game of chance” or “game of skill” as defined in Section 99B.1 of the Code of Iowa.
Game means buffalo, goat, kangaroo, pig, rabbit, or such other kind or class of animal or bird as is prescribed, in its wild state;
Game as used in this subdivision, means any game bird, as defined in Section 3500 of the Fish and Game Code, or game mammal, as defined in Section 3950 of the Fish and Game Code.

Discharges or earthmoving activities which are likely to directly or indirectly adversely affect a State or Federal threatened or endangered species or a species proposed for such designation, or which is likely to destroy or adversely modify the critical habitat of such a species, as identified under the Federal Endangered Species Act of 1973; Title 30, Chapter 75 of the Pa. Fish and Boat Code; Title 17, Chapter 25, Conservation of Wild Plants; and Title 31 Chapter 133 Game Wildlife code.

The number agreed to can be as provided in the Rules of the Tournament or Game.

Animals not taken care of in an appropriate manner will be excused from the grounds and all prize money will be forfeited. Pheasants, quail, and some other ornamental birds require permits from Wyoming Game and Fish to own.

For all tournaments and games involving international teams (teams from outside the United States), the Rules for the Tournament or Games must comply with the following substitution requirements: For matches involving players under 16 years of age, the number of substitutions allowed is as provided by the Rules of the Tournament or Game.

Game. Gaming” and “Gambling Game” means any game played with cards, dice, equipment or any mechanical, electromechanical, or electronic device or machine for money, property, checks, credit or any representative of value, including, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, faro, monte, roulette, keno, bingo, fan-tan, blackjack (21), seven-and-a-half, Klondike, craps, poker, chuck-a-luck, Chinese chuck-a-luck (dai shu), wheel of fortune, chemin de fer, baccarat, pai gow, beat the banker, panguingui, slot machine, any banking or percentage game or any other game or device approved by the Commission, but does not include games in which prizes, chance, or consideration are absent.
Game and "gambling game" means any controlled game.
Game means any computerized game conducted by the lottery.
Game means all of the animals specified in this subsection except those designated as not protected, and includes the heads, skins, and any other parts, and the nests and eggs of birds and their plumage.
Game means any wild animal, wild bird or game fish.
Game. ' means any Game of chance, however conducted, operated, or played, that comes within the definition of Gaming provided in this Section.
Game means the game named in the title at the top of Page 1 of these rules.
