Play definition

Play or "Bet" means a set of six (6) numbers, the first five (5) from a field of seventy (70) numbers and the last one (1) from a field of twenty-five (25) numbers, that appear on a ticket or ticketless transaction as a single lettered selection and are to be played by a player in the game. Each Play is played separately in determining matches to winning numbers and prize amounts.

Examples of Play in a sentence

  • When considering whether to conclude a settlement agreement in cases related to club monitoring, the First Chamber takes Annex XI of the UEFA Club Licensing and Financial Fair Play Regulations into account.

  • In the presence of a Gaming Shift Manager, two cards shall be removed from the dealing device as they may be required to complete the hand in accordance with the Table of Play.

  • To serve as a Director holding the officer position of Vice President of Recreational Play – 9U and up or Vice President of Recreational Play – 8U and below, the person must have served at least one year as a Director.

Play means the patron wagers his/her own currency to obtain a chance for realizing a reward.
