Video lottery machine means any electronic video game machine that, upon insertion of cash, is available to play or simulate the play of a video game authorized by the commission, including, but not limited to, bingo, poker, black jack and keno, and which uses a video display and microprocessors and in which, by chance, the player may receive free games or credits that can be redeemed for cash.
Video lottery machine means any machine in which bills, coins, or tokens are deposited in order to play in a game of chance in which the results, including options to the player, are randomly and immediately determined by the machine. A machine may use spinning reels or video displays or both, and may or may not dispense coins or tokens directly to winning players. A machine shall be considered a video lottery machine not withstanding the use of an electronic credit system making the deposit of bills, coins or tokens unnecessary.
Video lottery machine means an electronic, mechanical, or computerized machine which, upon the insertion of bills, coins, tokens, or any representative of value is available to be played where, by chance or skill, or both, the player may receive cash, cash equivalents, or tokens. Video lottery machines include, but are not limited to, slot machines, video poker machines, and other lottery machines. A machine shall be considered a video lottery machine notwithstanding the use of an electronic credit system making the deposit of bills, coins, or tokens unnecessary. Video lottery machines shall not include any redemption slot machines and redemption poker machines as defined in RSA 647:2 or video poker machines or other similar machines used for amusement purposes only.
