Examples of use of the Services in a sentence

  • Use of the Services within your commercial enterprise for internal purposes is expressly allowed.

  • Use of the Services is limited to parties that can lawfully enter into and form contracts under applicable law (for example, the Elected Country may not allow minors to use the Services).

Related to use of the Services

  • Internet Services means the Services provided to you by us using broadband technology to enable you to gain access to the Internet and certain other Services whether by a personal computer, television or other device;

  • Support Services means support in relation to the use of, and the identification and resolution of errors in, the Hosted Services, but shall not include the provision of training services;

  • Voice Services means the telecommunications services to be provided to you under Part A and as specified in your Application.

  • Processing Services means those services, which are necessary to issue a Card and process a transaction in accordance with Government Requirements and the Rules of any System and Regulatory Authority. Such services shall include but not be limited to: set-up and maintenance of the Card and Cardholder Funds, transaction authorization, processing, clearing and Settlement, System access, Cardholder dispute resolution, System compliance, regulatory compliance, security and fraud control, and activity reporting.

  • Data Services The Customer will receive a discount equal to 25% for the following Data Services: Access: Standard VBS2 Guide local loop charges for DS-1 Access and DS-3 Access Service.

  • Information Services means the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board’s Electronic Municipal Market Access System; or, such other services providing information with respect to called municipal obligations as the District may specify in writing to the Paying Agent or as the Paying Agent may select.

  • Maintenance and Support Services means the services provided by Contractor under Appendix F.

  • Communication Services means aeronautical fixed and mobile services to enable ground-to-ground, air-to-ground and air-to-air communications for ATC purposes;

  • Beta Services means SFDC services or functionality that may be made available to Customer to try at its option at no additional charge which is clearly designated as beta, pilot, limited release, developer preview, non-production, evaluation, or by a similar description.

  • Extra Services means those services set forth in Schedule “B” that are requested by the Municipality for itself or on behalf of its citizens and provided by the Company in accordance with paragraph 7 of this Agreement;

  • Training Services means: student attraction activities including marketing and advertising in relation to any training within the Training Provider's Funded Scope; the provision of information about course offerings, fees, support and the impact on an individual’s Entitlement to Funded Training; conduct of the Pre-Training Review; testing any individual’s eligibility for training subsidised through the Skills First Program and any relevant concession or exemption/waiver on tuition fees; enrolment of individuals into a course or qualification, including undertaking any enrolment processes required under this VET Funding Contract; development and documentation of a Training Plan; levying fees, including any concessions, exemptions or waivers; delivering training and assessment that is suitable and appropriate to each Eligible Individual; collecting and maintaining evidence relating to (a) to (h) above, as required under this VET Funding Contract; reporting data and other information to the Department as required under this VET Funding Contract; and any other matters that reasonably relate to the conduct of the activities set out in paragraphs (a) to (j).

  • Mobile Services means the mobile telecommunications service which we provide you under Part D and as specified in your Application.

  • Service(s)(ing) In accordance with Regulation AB, the act of servicing and administering the Mortgage Loans or any other assets of the Trust by an entity that meets the definition of “servicer” set forth in Item 1101 of Regulation AB and is subject to the disclosure requirements set forth in Item 1108 of Regulation AB.   • SaaS Services means software as a service consisting of system administration, system management, and system monitoring activities that Tyler performs for the Tyler Software, and includes the right to access and use the Tyler Software, receive maintenance and support on the Tyler Software, including Downtime resolution under the terms of the SLA, and Data storage and archiving. SaaS Services do not include support of an operating system or hardware, support outside of our normal business hours, or training, consulting or other professional services.

  • Software Services means services that Customer provides to you that make available, display, run, access, or otherwise interact, directly or indirectly, with the Products. Customer must provide these services from data center(s) through the Internet, a telephone network or a private network, on a rental, subscription or services basis, whether or not Customer receives a fee. Software Services exclude any services involving installation of a Product directly on any End User device to permit an End User to interact with the Product.

  • Storage Services means Capacity Rights and System Services.

  • Maintenance Services means SAP’s then-current maintenance and/or support services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Basic Services means housekeeping services, meals, nutritious snacks, laundry, and activities.

  • Child support services means any civil, criminal or administrative action taken by the Division of
