Services Environment Clause Samples

The Services Environment clause defines the technical and physical conditions under which services will be provided or accessed. It typically outlines requirements such as hardware, software, network connectivity, and security measures that must be in place for the service to function properly. For example, it may specify minimum system specifications or mandate certain security protocols. This clause ensures that both parties understand and maintain the necessary environment, reducing the risk of service disruptions or failures due to inadequate infrastructure.
