Unloading Facilities means the unloading facility identified in Part 1 of Schedule 1;

  • TLO shall maintain the Truck Unloading Facilities in good operating condition, subject to normal wear and tear, force majeure and normal deterioration.

  • In the event TLO becomes aware of any environmental, health or safety conditions that violate any Applicable Law or any other conditions concerning the Truck Unloading Facilities, any of TRMC’s premises or facilities that create a hazardous condition, TLO shall immediately provide TRMC with telephonic notice at the numbers set forth herein, informing TRMC about the details of the condition.

  • In consideration of TRMC’s Minimum Volume Commitment and the fees and charges specified in Section 5, pursuant to this Agreement and any Trucking Service Order, TLO shall provide the Truck Gathering Services and the use of TLO’s Truck Unloading Facilities at the sites listed in Schedule I to allow deliveries of TRMC’s crude petroleum into the High Plains System.

  • In the event TLO becomes aware of any environmental, health or safety conditions that violate any laws or regulations or any other conditions concerning the Truck Unloading Facilities, any of TRMC's premises or facilities that create a hazardous condition, TLO shall immediately provide TRMC with telephonic notice at the numbers set forth herein, informing TRMC about the details of the condition.

  • Tenaska shall be solely responsible for (i) unloading the Fuel Oil from such tanker trucks, (ii) transporting, handling, using, managing, and storing of such Fuel Oil as soon as it is delivered to Tenaska at the Fuel Oil Unloading Facilities, (iii) verifying the quality of Fuel Oil delivered to the Plant, and (iv) ensuring that the Fuel Oil Unloading Facilities are sufficient to enable Tenaska to unload Fuel at a rate of 41,600 gallons of Fuel Oil each hour.

  • In consideration of TRMC's Minimum Volume Commitment and the fees and charges specified in Section 5, pursuant to this Agreement TLO shall provide the Truck Gathering Services and the use of TLO's Truck Unloading Facilities at the sites listed in Schedule I to allow deliveries of TRMC's crude petroleum into the High Plains System.

  • Notwithstanding the above, TLO may provide additional truck unloading facilities for the use of third parties who desire to deliver crude oil into the High Plains System, provided that such use does not allow the commingling of third party crude oil with TRMC's crude oil in the Truck Unloading Facilities or otherwise interfere with TRMC's rights to use the existing Truck Unloading Facilities and the Truck Gathering Services.

  • Tenaska's obligation to secure permits shall include any permits necessary for Tenaska to own and operate the Fuel Oil Storage Tank and the Fuel Oil Unloading Facilities; provided, however, that PECO shall obtain Fuel Oil Delivery Permits, or contract with third-parties with Fuel Oil Delivery Permits, necessary to deliver Fuel Oil to the Plant.

  • Therefore, Building 108-3C, Fuel Unloading Facilities Power - Area Supervisor has been moved from the CAOU to the C-Area Groundwater OU.

Related to Unloading Facilities

  • Generating Facilities means Interconnection Customer’s device for the production and/or storage for later injection of electricity identified in the Interconnection Request, but shall not include the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities.
