Unloading Facilities means the unloading facility identified in Part 1 of Schedule 1;

  • In the May 14, 2014 C-Area Operable Unit (CAOU) Scoping Meeting that was held to discuss the CAOU Early Action Statement of Basis/Proposed Plan, DOE, EPA, and SCDHEC decided to move Building 108-3C, Fuel Unloading Facilities Power - Area Supervisor subunit from the CAOU to the C-Area Groundwater OU.

  • Therefore, Building 108-3C, Fuel Unloading Facilities Power - Area Supervisor has been moved from the CAOU to the C-Area Groundwater OU.

  • Notwithstanding the above, TLO may provide additional truck unloading facilities for the use of third parties who desire to deliver crude oil into the High Plains System, provided that such use does not allow the commingling of third party crude oil with TRMC’s crude oil in the Truck Unloading Facilities or otherwise interfere with TRMC’s rights to use the existing Truck Unloading Facilities and the Truck Gathering Services.

  • Generating Facilities means Interconnection Customer’s device for the production and/or storage for later injection of electricity identified in the Interconnection Request, but shall not include the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities. Generation Interconnection Customer:

  • Wastewater facilities means the structures, equipment, and processes required to collect, carry away, and treat domestic and industrial wastes and dispose of the effluent.

  • Transportation Facilities means any physical facility that moves or assist in the movement of people or goods including facilities identified in OAR 660-012-0020 but excluding electricity, sewage, and water systems.

  • Slug loading means any pollutant, including oxygen demanding pollutants, released in a discharge at a flow rate and/or pollutant concentration as to cause interference in the POTW.

  • Storage Facility means a facility used for the stocking of natural gas and owned and/or operated by a natural gas undertaking, including the part of LNG facilities used for storage but excluding the portion used for production operations, and excluding facilities reserved exclusively for transmission system operators in carrying out their functions;

  • Loading means the quantity of a specific substance present per unit of surface area, such as the amount of lead in micrograms contained in the dust collected from a certain surface area divided by the surface area in square feet or square meters.

  • Common Facilities means the facilities under D.G.sets/D.G.rooms, water storage tanks its pumping and supply system, sewerage & drainage systems, electric sub-station/ transformers/electric panels/distribution network, maintenance service rooms, lawns including lighting & services etc., roads, pathways & driveways including street lighting & services etc., guard posts, fire hydrants & fire fighting system etc. and all such facilities and areas for common use and excluded from the computation of Super Area of the Said Premises;

  • Processing facility means an establishment that prepares, treats, or converts tangible personal property into finished goods or another form of tangible personal property. The term includes a business engaged in processing agricultural, aquacultural, or maricultural products and specifically includes meat, poultry, and any other variety of food processing operations. It does not include an establishment in which retail sales of tangible personal property are made to retail customers.

  • Project Facilities means all the amenities and facilities situated on the Site, as described in Schedule-C;
