Transitional Support Services definition

Transitional Support Services means “other appropriate short-term services” to be provided if the young adult demonstrates that the services are critical to the young adult’s own efforts to achieve self-sufficiency and to develop a personal support system. These may include financial, housing, counseling, employment, education, mental health, disability, and other services. Financial transitional support services may be provided in increments of up to 3 months. The young adult must apply again to obtain further transitional funds. See paragraph 65C-31.005(4)(b), F.A.C.

• Master Licensee hereby appoints Panasonic and Panasonic hereby accepts the appointment to provide the Transitional Support Services to and for the benefit of each Key Sub-Licensee.

• Notwithstanding anything to the contrary Panasonic acknowledges and agrees that it is not the exclusive supplier of services to a Key Sub-Licensee and that each Key Sub-Licensee shall have the right to perform itself, or to engage any Third Party to perform, services similar to the Transitional Support Services and that such appointment may contain the same, or similar, terms and conditions as those contained herein.
