Temporary Services. The steamfitters shall not do any other work and shall not be permitted to work more than one shift in a twenty- four hour day. When steamfitters are present during the regular working day, no temporary services steamfitter will be required. Effective Period: 7/1/2015 - 6/30/2016 Wage Rate per Hour: $41.80 Supplemental Benefit Rate per Hour: $42.76 Overtime Double time the regular rate after an 8 hour day. Double time the regular time rate for Saturday. Double time the regular rate for Sunday.
Temporary Services. Any temporary services required by Tenant during its construction period, including heat, water or electrical service shall be secured from Landlord or Landlord's contractor, as the case may be, at Tenant's sole cost and expense.
Temporary Services. The Employer shall be allowed to secure the services, as needed, of a temporary employee for the purpose of replacing an employee on sick leave, leave of absence, or vacation. A temporary employee shall be paid at a rate to be determined by the Administration, but the rate shall not exceed that of the employee being replaced. A temporary employee shall accrue no rights under this Agreement.
Temporary Services. Temporary services, i.e. all temporary heat, climate control, water, power and light, shall only be required upon the determination of the Agency or Construction Manager, and when used shall be staffed and assigned to the appropriate trade(s) with Execution Copy 2015-2018 jurisdiction. Temporary services shall be provided by the appropriate Contractors’ existing employees during working hours in which a shift is scheduled for employees of this Contractor. The Agency or Construction Manager may determine the need for temporary services requirements during non-working hours, and when used shall be staffed and assigned to the appropriate trades(s), which may be limited to one person per applicable trade where practicable. There shall be no stacking of trades on temporary services, provided this does not constitute a waiver of primary trade jurisdiction. In the event a temporary system component is claimed by multiple trades, the matter shall be resolved through the New York Plan for Jurisdictional Disputes.
Temporary Services. (a) Pending the completion of facilities contemplated in a System Plan or that may be required to service Xxxxx in existence as of the Effective Date, Producer may enter into a contract with a Third Party to provide services with respect to the Dedicated Production that is anticipated to be serviced by the new, modified, or enhanced facilities if the term of such contract does not exceed six Months (and may be renewed in six-Month increments until such time as Midstream Co has completed the applicable facilities). If any such contract is in effect with respect to any Well, Producer will not be obligated to connect such Well to the System until the first Day of the Month following expiration of such contract.
Temporary Services. If the client orders a temporary Service, Digital Origin may charge the Client for any supplementary charges incurred, plus the line rental (if any) in advance for the whole period of the Temporary Service. Other Charges as detailed in the Contract still apply as appropriate.

Temporary Services. CLIENT agrees to pay for all temporary referral fees on a credit card basis, specifically VISA, MASTER CARD, or AMERICAN EXPRESS. CLIENT gives agency authorization to make charges to their credit card for the purposes of payment of temporary referral fees, unless otherwise written arrangements are made and agreed to by the AGENCY. The CLIENT understands that temporary referral fees are charged based on the referral and therefore, understands they will be charged if the CLIENT makes a temporary request and subsequently cancels the request after the AGENCY has filled the request. CLIENT agrees to pay domestic employee directly, in full, at the end of each assignment.
