Third Floor definition

Third Floor means the third floor of the Accommodation Building of both Lease Area A and Lease Area B, which include twenty (20) rooms, two recreational rooms and two laundry rooms with a total area of 1,336 square meters. A floor layout of the Third Floor is attached with this Lease Agreement as Exhibit A.

Third Floor. All interior walls, doors and cabinets (including gas and water lines) will be demolished with the exception of the existing restroom and management office. Drywall on the demising walls will be patched, taped and floated to deliver walls "ready for paint." Demising walls will be painted black. All existing track lighting will be removed with the circuits left in place. Existing HVAC equipment and piping will be delivered in good working condition, with no warranty.
