Third Floor means the third floor of the Accommodation Building of both Lease Area A and Lease Area B, which include twenty (20) rooms, two recreational rooms and two laundry rooms with a total area of 1,336 square meters. A floor layout of the Third Floor is attached with this Lease Agreement as Exhibit A.

The dishwasher/sanitizer has only a short two minute cycle and therefore the dishware and silverware must be fairly clean of residual food prior to starting each cycle. It is more of sanitizer than a dishwasher. Dishwasher/sanitizer does NOT have a garbage disposal. Operating instructions are in the kitchen. All dishes, glasses, etc. must be washed and put away in proper places. The labels on each shelf are very helpful. Follow dishwasher/sanitizer instructions. Report any breakage on Inventory Sheet.

Third Floor. All interior walls, doors and cabinets (including gas and water lines) will be demolished with the exception of the existing restroom and management office.
