Third Floor definition

Third Floor means the third floor of the Accommodation Building of both Lease Area A and Lease Area B, which include twenty (20) rooms, two recreational rooms and two laundry rooms with a total area of 1,336 square meters. A floor layout of the Third Floor is attached with this Lease Agreement as Exhibit A.
