Intermediate Parent definition

Intermediate Parent means any Subsidiary of Holdings and of which the Borrower is a subsidiary.
Intermediate Parent has the meaning set forth in the introductory paragraph to this Agreement.
Intermediate Parent any Person that is a Subsidiary of Holdings and of which Mid-Holdings is a Subsidiary.

Intermediate Parent means ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Limited, a Bermuda exempted company, and its successors permitted hereunder; provided that any successor shall expressly assume all of the prior Intermediate Parent’s rights and obligations under this Agreement and the other Loan Documents in accordance with Section 7.03 and pursuant to documentation reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent and Ultimate Parent.
