Parent Entities definition

Parent Entities means, collectively, Parent and all Parent Subsidiaries.

• At or prior to the Closing, the Investors shall, and shall cause their Affiliates and the Company Entities to, and the Parent Entities shall cause their Affiliates to, terminate, effective as of the Effective Time, the agreements set forth on Schedule I, in each case, without any further liability to the Company Entities or any other party thereto.
