Security Trust Deed definition

Security Trust Deed means the Security Trust Deed executed by, inter alia, the Borrower, the Guarantor, the Collateral Agent, the Facility Agent, the Original Secured Creditors (as defined therein) and the Delegate Collateral Agent and shall be substantially in the form of Exhibit P or otherwise reasonably acceptable to the Facility Agent.
Security Trust Deed means any security trust deed to be executed by, among others, the Collateral Agent, the Administrative Agent and any Loan Party granting security over U.K. or Irish assets of any Loan Party.
Security Trust Deed means the security trust deed dated as of the Closing Date appointing the Collateral Agent as trustee for the Secured Parties.

Security Trust Deed means the security trust deed in respect of the Securitisation Fund between the Issuer, the SF Manager, Perpetual Trustee Company Limited ABN 42 000 001 007 (as security trustee) and The Bank of New York (as note trustee);
