this Deed means this Deed and Schedules all read together.

this Deed and "TRUST DEED" means this Trust Deed and the Schedules and any Trust Deed supplemental hereto and the Schedules (if any) thereto, all as from time to time supplemented or modified in accordance with the provisions contained in this Deed and where applicable, therein.

Examples of this Deed in a sentence

• No variation or alteration or cancellation of this Deed of Sale or any of the terms hereof, shall be of any force or effect, unless in writing and signed by the Parties hereto.
