Security Shares means the Group Shares and the Related Rights and, in the case of a particular Chargor, means such of the Group Shares as are held by it at the relevant time, together with all Related Rights in respect of such Group Shares.

Security Shares means all the Personal Shares and the Sale Shares being 17,675,353 common shares of US$.01 each in the share capital of Global Sources Ltd. as described in Schedule 1 and held by, to the order or on behalf of the Chargor at any time;
