The Pledgor shall be liable for any and all costs and expenses incurred by the Pledgee or the Pledgee in connection with the grant, establishment, perfection, protection, preservation and maintenance of, and the exercise of any powers or rights under the Kun-Pledge in favor of the Pledgee.
The parties hereto agree that to the extent of any such assignment, the Assignee Pledgee shall be deemed to have the same rights, benefits and obligations under this Pledge Agreement as it would have had if it were the Pledgee signatory hereunder.
