Security Trustee means Computershare Trust Company of Canada;

More Definitions of Security Trustee

Security Trustee means The Bank of New York in its capacity as security trustee in respect of the Programme;

Security Trustee means Bank of Utah in its capacity as Security Trustee hereunder, and any successor thereto in such capacity.

Security Trustee means a security trustee under a Security Trust Deed and any successor trustee appointed under that Security Trust Deed.

Security Trustee means the Person appointed, at the time of determination, as the trustee for the benefit of the Secured Parties pursuant to Section 5.01 of the Security Trust Agreement. The initial Security Trustee is Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas.
