Note Trustee definition

Note Trustee means the Person identified as the “Trustee” in the Indenture, solely in its capacity as Trustee pursuant to the Indenture and not in its individual capacity, or its successor in interest in such capacity, or any successor Trustee appointed as provided in the Indenture.
Note Trustee means The Bank of New York, a New York banking corporation, as trustee under the Indenture until a successor is appointed thereunder, and thereafter means such successor trustee.

  • Upon the occurrence of a Mandatory Redemption Event, the Issuer shall forthwith give not more than two Company Business Days’ prior notice (or such other notice period as indicated in the Trust Deed) of the date of such mandatory redemption (the “Redemption Date”) to the Note Trustee, the Certificateholders and the Paying Agent (which notice shall be irrevocable).
