Tender Offer Documentation definition

Tender Offer Documentation has the meaning specified in Section 3.01(c).

Tender Offer Documentation means the Offer to Purchase, dated as of July 5, 2002, by MDCP Acquisitions I for the shares of JSG in connection with the Tender Offer, and any accompanying documentation sent or communicated to shareholders of JSG in connection therewith.

Tender Offer Documentation means the Offer to Purchase, dated as of January 13, 2005, by the Company for the 15.5% Subordinated Notes due 2013 issued by the Company in connection with the Tender Offer, and any accompanying documentation sent or communicated to bondholders of the Company in connection therewith.
