Tender Offer Document definition

Tender Offer Document has the meaning given to it in clause 2.5.2;
Tender Offer Document means the folleto informativo prepared by a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company and approved by the Mexican Comision Nacional Bancaria y de Valores, evidencing the terms and conditions of the Tender Offer.
Tender Offer Document means the documentation prepared for the Tender Offer in accordance with the SMA, which shall include the Terms and Conditions.
