Consent Solicitation means the invitation by the Issuer to, among others, the Noteholders to consent to the modification of the Conditions relating to the Notes and other related documents, as described in the Consent Solicitation Memorandum and as the same may be amended in accordance with its terms;

Consent Solicitation means the proposed solicitation of consents from Noteholders in connection with the Exchange Offer to amend certain covenants, events of default, and related provisions of the Indenture.

Consent Solicitation means the invitation by the Issuer to all Eligible Senior Notes Holders to consent to the modification by way of variation of the Conditions relating to the Senior Notes as described in the Consent Solicitation Memorandum and as the same may be amended in accordance with its terms;
