Consent Solicitation has the meaning set forth in Section 6.15(b).
Consent Solicitation means the invitation by the Issuer to, among others, the Noteholders to consent to the modification of the Conditions relating to the Notes and other related documents, as described in the Consent Solicitation Memorandum and as the same may be amended in accordance with its terms;
Consent Solicitation means the proposed solicitation of consents from Noteholders in connection with the Exchange Offer to amend certain covenants, events of default, and related provisions of the Indenture.

Consent Solicitation means the invitation by the Issuer to all Eligible 8% AT1 Holders to consent to the modification of the Conditions relating to the 8% AT1 Notes as described in the Consent Solicitation Memorandum and as the same may be amended in accordance with its terms;
