Consent Solicitation Memorandum definition

Consent Solicitation Memorandum means the consent solicitation memorandum dated 20 October 2021 prepared by the Issuer in relation to the Consent Solicitation;

Consent Solicitation Memorandum means the consent solicitation memorandum dated 7 January 2022 prepared by the Issuer in relation to the Consent Solicitation;

Consent Solicitation Memorandum means the consent solicitation memorandum dated 23 November 2020 prepared by the Issuer in relation to the Consent Solicitation (a copy of which is available for inspection as referred to in the Notice);

• The distribution of the Consent Solicitation Memorandum may nonetheless be restricted by law in certain jurisdictions.

• The Covered Bondholder Proposal is being put to Covered Bondholders for the reasons set out in the Consent Solicitation Memorandum.

Consent Solicitation Memorandum means the consent solicitation memorandum dated 12 September 2022 prepared by the Issuer in relation to the Consent Solicitation in respect of the Notes;
