Tenant’s Parent definition

Tenant’s Parent. As defined in Recital B.
Tenant’s Parent. Penney Intermediate Holdings LLC, a Delaware limited liability company.
Tenant’s Parent. MGM Resorts International and its successor by merger, consolidation or other transaction pursuant to which any such successor acquires all or substantially all of the assets of MGM Resorts International.

  • Any loss of title or any loss of or damage to or destruction of, or any condemnation or other taking (including by any governmental authority) of, any asset for which Tenant or any of its Subsidiaries (directly or through Tenant’s Parent) receives cash insurance proceeds or proceeds of a condemnation award or other similar compensation (excluding proceeds of business interruption insurance).

  • In addition, Landlord agrees to, at Tenant’s sole cost and expense, reasonably cooperate with all applicable gaming authorities in connection with the administration of their regulatory jurisdiction over Tenant’s Parent, Tenant and its Subsidiaries, including the provision of such documents and other information as may be requested by such gaming authorities relating to Tenant or any of its Subsidiaries or to this Master Lease and which are within Landlord’s reasonable control to obtain and provide.

(uu) “Tenant’s Representatives ” shall mean Tenant’s subtenants, shareholders, agents, directors, officers, employees, contractors, invitees or licensees. (vv) “Tenant’s Trade Fixtures ” shall mean all personal property of Tenant in or on the Premises which are not necessary for the operation of the Building. (ww) “Term ” shall mean the Primary Term and the exercised Renewal Terms. 1.2
