shadow director means, in relation to a company, any person in accordance with whose directions or instructions the directors of the company are accustomed to act, but the person is not deemed to be a shadow director by reason only that the directors act on advice given by him in a professional capacity; and
Company Director means a member of the Board.
Student media advisor means an individual who is employed, appointed, or designated by the District to supervise or provide instruction with respect to student media.
Deputy Director means the Deputy Director of the Authority, as the case may be.
Seattle Human Resources Director means the director of the Seattle Department of Human Resources or his or her designated management representative.
College board means the state board for community and
Athletic director means an individual responsible for administering the overall athletic program of an educational institution or, if an educational institution has separately administered athletic programs for male students and female students, the athletic program for males or the athletic program for females, as appropriate.
Non-Executive Director Means any director who is not an Executive Director.

School-sponsored media means all student media that are:
Public Director means a Person that meets the qualifications described in Rule 207(e).
Program Director means an individual who has complete responsibility for the day to day function of the program. The Program Director is the highest level of decision making at a local, program level.
Lead Director means, at any given time, the lead, independent member (if any) elected as such by the Board and occupying such position.
Non-Executive Directors means the Directors who are not in whole time employment of the Company.
Executive Director means the executive director of the
Team means a team affiliated to a Club, including where a Club provides more than one team in the Competition in accordance with the Rules.
New Director means an individual whose election by the Board or nomination for election by the Company’s stockholders was approved by a vote of at least two-thirds of the directors then still in office who either were directors at the Date of Grant or whose election or nomination for election was previously so approved or recommended. However, “New Director” shall not include a director whose initial assumption of office is in connection with an actual or threatened election contest, including but not limited to a consent solicitation relating to the election of directors of the Company.
News media means a newspaper or other periodical issued at regular intervals, news service in paper or electronic form, radio station, television station, television network, community antenna television service, or person or corporation engaged in making news reels or other motion picture news for public showing. Board Member means a member of the Board.
Board Chair means the chair of the Board;
Department Director means the director of the department of human rights.
Public Works Director means the director of public works, or his or her designee.
School board means the governing board of directors of the local school district.
Executive Directors means a person appointed as director directly accountable to the municipal manager.
Advisory Board Member means a member of an “Advisory Board” as defined in Section 2(a)(1) of the 1940 Act.
