Non-Executive Directors definition

Non-Executive Directors means the Directors who are not in whole time employment of the Company.
Non-Executive Directors means all Directors other than Executive Directors.
Non-Executive Directors means the Directors who are part-time directors and are not in whole time employment of the Company.
