Public Director definition

Public Director means a Person that meets the qualifications described in Rule 207(e).
Public Director means any Director who qualifies as a “Public Director” within the meaning of the By-Laws.
Public Director means an individual having the qualifications set out in Rule 201(d).

More Definitions of Public Director

Public Director means (i) prior to the time at which the CFTC Regulations establish required qualifications for public directors, any Director, and (ii) from and after such time at which the CFTC Regulations establish required qualifications for public directors, a Director found by the Board to have satisfied such requirements.
