Syndication Letter definition

Syndication Letter means the letter so entitled from the Arranger to the Company dated on or before the date of this Agreement in relation to the Facility Agreements.
Syndication Letter means the syndication letter dated on or about the date of this Agreement between the Obligor’s Agent and the Mandated Lead Arrangers.
