Syndication Letter definition

Syndication Letter means the letter so entitled from the Arranger to the Company dated on or before the date of this Agreement in relation to the Facility Agreements.

More Definitions of Syndication Letter

Syndication Letter means the letter agreement of every date herewith among the Borrowers and the Agent.
