Instruction Letter definition

Instruction Letter means a letter agreement between the Borrower and each Subservicer substantially in the form of Exhibit J attached hereto, in which such Persons acknowledge the Lender's security interest in the Mortgage Loans, and agree to remit any collections with respect to the Mortgage Loans as the Lender may so direct from time to time, which Instruction Letter may be delivered by Lender to such Subservicer in its sole discretion.
Instruction Letter means a letter agreement between Seller and each Subservicer substantially in the form of Exhibit I attached hereto.
Instruction Letter shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in the Recitals.

More Definitions of Instruction Letter

Instruction Letter means the letter regarding completion of a Proof of Claim, which letter shall be substantially in the form attached hereto as Schedule “D”;
