Agent's Fee Letter definition

Agent's Fee Letter means the letter agreement, dated as of the date hereof (as hereafter amended from time to time) between the Borrower and the Agent respecting certain fees payable to the Agent for its own account.
Agent's Fee Letter means that certain letter agreement, dated December 16, 1996, between the Agent and the Borrower, as amended, modified, supplemented or replaced from time to time.
Agent's Fee Letter has the meaning specified in Section 2.07(b).
