Supplier’s Personnel definition

Supplier’s Personnel means all persons and entities providing any services under this Purchase Order, including Supplier's employees, agents, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers, as well as anyone directly or indirectly employed or retained by any of them.

Supplier’s Personnel means the Supplier’s staff who are assigned to this Agreement to undertake the Services;

Supplier’s Personnel means the Supplier’s employees, agents, representatives, and subcontractors who are listed in the Personnel Schedule.

• The Supplier will indemnify the Company against all Claims and liens in regard to wages that may become due and payable to the Supplier’s Personnel and the directors, officers, employees, contractors and agents of any subcontractors and all Claims and liens of subcontractors and contractors of Goods, labour or services provided in connection with the performance of the Services.

• Further, the parties will cooperate to resolve any such complaint or provide any such information to the Supplier and/or the Supplier’s Personnel within 28 days of such complaint or request.

• Accordingly the Supplier shall (and shall procure that any relevant member of the Supplier’s Personnel shall) execute all such documents and do all such acts as Concept shall from time to time require in order to give effect to its rights pursuant to this clause.

More Definitions of Supplier’s Personnel

Supplier’s Personnel means all personnel used by the Supplier or assisting the Supplier in the provision of Services, including any personnel, staff, labour and other employees of the Supplier or a Subcontractor and any Subcontractor who is an individual.

Supplier’s Personnel includes the Supplier’s employees, workers, sub-contractors, agents and substitutes where appropriate.
