Subsequent Research Period definition

Subsequent Research Period means the expected length of any Subsequent Research Program.
Subsequent Research Period means a [ * ] period not part of the Initial Research Term into which the Parties may agree to extend their collaborative research pursuant to Section 3.7.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, neither Party shall be required to agree to extend the Parties' collaborative research hereunder to cover additional subject matter beyond that which is described in the Research Plan as attached hereto as of the Effective Date or to extend the Research Term into a Subsequent Research Period.

  • Either Party may propose to extend the Research Term into a Subsequent Research Period by submitting to the RMC a written proposal for additional collaborative research to be conducted by the Parties during such Subsequent Research Period.

Related to Subsequent Research Period

  • Research Period means the research period as described in the Commissioned Research Plan. In accordance with the provisions of this Agreement, in the event that the Agreement ended prior to the completion date of the research originally set, the date the Agreement ends shall be read as the research period.

  • Subsequent Reset Period means the period from (and including) the Second Reset Date to (but excluding) the next Subsequent Reset Date, and each successive period from (and including) a Subsequent Reset Date to (but excluding) the next succeeding Subsequent Reset Date; and

  • Research Program Term has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2.

  • Development Period means the period from the date of this Agreement until the Appointed Date;

  • Subsequent Reset Date means the date or dates specified in the applicable Final Terms;

  • Research Term has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.

  • Collaboration Term has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(h).

  • Research Budget has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2.

  • Initial Period means the period from (and including) the Issue Date to (but excluding) the First Call Date;

  • Basic research means any original investigation for the advancement of scientific or technological knowledge that will enhance the research capacity of this state in a way that increases the ability to attract to or develop companies, jobs, researchers, or students in this state.

  • Production Period is the period that for winter cereal advances commences October 1, 2021 and terminates September 30, 2023; for advances on all other field crops, honey, hogs, goats, sheep and lambs commences April 1, 2022 and terminates September 30, 2023; and for advances on cattle, continuous flow cattle, and bison commences on April 1, 2022 and terminates on March 31, 2024.

  • Program Period means the period of time which the department intends to support the program without requiring the recompetition for funds. The program period is specified within the grant application.

  • Development Term means the period commencing on the Closing Date and ending on the earlier of (a) the Option Closing Date or (b) the date the Option terminates or expires other than by exercise.

  • Commissioning Period means, with respect to each Subproject, the period commencing upon the first delivery of Feed Gas to the Subproject in accordance with Sections 4.8 and 11.1 of the Agreement continuing through achievement of RFSU, commissioning, Start Up, Performance Testing and achievement of Substantial Completion for such Subproject.

  • Research Program has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Ramp Period The Ramp Period shall begin on the Effective Date and continue for a period of 3 months following the Effective Date. Commencing with the Effective Date and at all times during the Ramp Period thereafter, Customer will receive the rates, discounts, charges and credits set forth herein and will not be subject to the AVC. Annual Volume Commitment (“AVC”): $360,000 in Total Service Charges (“AVC”) during each contract year of the Term (following the expiration of the Ramp Period).

  • (3) PROGRAM.—The term program’ means

  • Annual Period means each twelve (12) month period commencing on the Effective Date and, thereafter, on each anniversary of the Effective Date.

  • Opt-Out Period means the period that begins the day after the earliest date on which the Notice is first mailed, and that ends no later than 30 days before the Final Approval Hearing. The deadline for the Opt-Out Period will be specified in the Notice.

  • Promotion Period means the period the Promotion is open, as specified in clause 5.1.

  • License Period means the period beginning from the Commencement Date and ending on the Termination Date.

  • Planning Period Quarter means any of the following three month periods in the Planning Period: June, July and August; September, October and November; December, January and February; or March, April and May.

  • Pre-Distribution Period means any Tax Year or other taxable period that ends on or before the Distribution Date and, in the case of any Straddle Period, that part of the Tax Year or other taxable period through the end of the day on the Distribution Date.

  • Collaboration Know-How means all Know-How conceived, discovered, developed or otherwise made by or on behalf of a particular Party or any of its Affiliates or permitted subcontractors of any of the foregoing (solely or jointly by or on behalf of a particular Party or any of its Affiliates or permitted subcontractors of any of the foregoing) in the course of [***].

  • Trial Period means a working test period after promotion, voluntary demotion, or intra-agency lateral transfer during which a classified employee is required to demonstrate satisfactory performance in the job to which promoted, voluntarily demoted, or transferred before acquiring permanent status in the job.

  • Exploration Period means the period mentioned in Article 3 during which Exploration Operations may be carried out by the Contractor as provided in Article 3 hereof.
