Subsequent Research Program definition
Subsequent Research Program means a program under which future Research shall be funded by the Company and shall be carried out and conducted by the Researcher in accordance with any Subsequent Research Program.
Subsequent Research Program has the meaning set forth in Section 2.3.
Examples of Subsequent Research Program in a sentence
Should the Researcher be unable to complete the Research under a Subsequent Research Program for any reason, Yissum shall notify the Company of the identity of a suitable replacement researcher.
Any Subsequent Research Program shall be under the supervision of the Researcher.
