Planning Period Quarter definition
Planning Period Quarter means any of the following three month periods in the Planning Period: June, July and August; September, October and November; December, January and February; or March, April and May.

Point“Point(s) of Delivery” shall mean the point(s) on the Transmission Provider’s Transmission System where capacity and energy transmitted by the Transmission Provider will be made available to the Receiving Party under Tariff, Part II of the Tariff. The Point(s) of Delivery shall be specified in the Service Agreement for Long-Term Firm Point-To-Point Transmission Service.
