Party Data definition

Party Data means Service Provider Data and/or Service Recipient Data, as the context requires.
Party Data means data and information supplied to Servicing Party by Receiving Party for purposes of using the Services. “Receiving Party” means the Party that obtains Services from Servicing Party pursuant to any Schedule. “Services” shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2. “Servicing Party” means the Party that provides Services to Receiving Party pursuant to this Agreement. Section 2.
Party Data has the meaning set forth in the Transition Services Agreement.

Examples of Party Data in a sentence

  • Upon termination of the Agreement or the licenses granted herein for any reason, the Fund shall return to Custodian any and all copies of the Information which are in its possession or under its control (except that the Fund may retain reports containing Third Party Data, provided that such Third Party Data remains subject to the provisions of this Appendix).

  • However, for the avoidance of doubt, reports generated by the Fund containing information relating to its account(s) (except for Third Party Data contained therein) are not deemed to be within the meaning of the term “Information.” the Fund shall keep the Information confidential by using the same care and discretion that the Fund uses with respect to its own confidential property and trade secrets, but not less than reasonable care.

  • The Company does not make any representation or warranty that any of the Content, including the Third Party Data, will be reliable, accurate or complete.

  • The Company disclaims all responsibility and liability arising in any way from any errors or omissions in the Content, including the Third Party Data, including any loss you may incur in connection with any action or decision made by you in reliance upon the Content or Third Party Data.

  • The Content contains data (including but not limited to prices, statistics and calculated information) obtained from a variety of third party sources (Third Party Data).

  • BNY Mellon is entitled to rely without inquiry on all Third Party Data provided to BNY Mellon hereunder (and all Instructions related to Third Party Data), and BNY Mellon makes no assurances or warranties in relation to the accuracy or completeness of Third Party Data and will not be responsible or liable for any losses or damages incurred as a result of any Third Party Data that is inaccurate or incomplete.

  • Third Party Data is provided “as is” and is not warranted to be accurate, complete or timely.

  • BNY Mellon may follow Instructions with respect to Third Party Data, even if such Instructions direct BNY Mellon to override its usual procedures and data sources or if BNY Mellon, in performing services for itself or others (including services similar to those performed for Customer), receives different Third Party Data for the same or similar Securities.

  • Neither the Owner nor any other third party sponsors, endorses or promotes the fund or product to which Third Party Data relates.

Party Data means either NeuroSystec Data or DURECT Data, as appropriate, each to the extent developed under this Agreement after the Effective Date.

  • UNICEF Data means any and all information or data in digital form or processed or held in digital form that

  • Customer Data means any content, materials, data and information that Authorized Users enter into the production system of a Cloud Service or that Customer derives from its use of and stores in the Cloud Service (e.g. Customer-specific reports). Customer Data and its derivatives will not include SAP’s Confidential Information.

  • Customer Information means any information contained on a customer’s application or other form and all nonpublic personal information about a customer that a Party receives from the other Party.   • Third Party Materials means materials and information, in any form or medium, including any software, documents, data, content, specifications, products, equipment or components of or relating to the Services that are not proprietary to NCIT.

  • Customer Materials any materials, data, information, software, equipment or other resources owned by or licensed to You and made available to Us pursuant to facilitating Your use of the Services, including Customer Data.

  • Client Data means personal data of data subjects, such as your employees, associates or partners, that is provided to S&P Global Ratings during the provision by S&P Global Ratings of the Services to you, such as name, job title, name of employer, office email address, office physical address, internet protocol address, office telephone number and language selection (and excludes special categories of personal data);
