Party Data definition

Party Data means Service Provider Data and/or Service Recipient Data, as the context requires.
Party Data means data and information supplied to Servicing Party by Receiving Party for purposes of using the Services. “Receiving Party” means the Party that obtains Services from Servicing Party pursuant to any Schedule. “Services” shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2. “Servicing Party” means the Party that provides Services to Receiving Party pursuant to this Agreement. Section 2.
Party Data has the meaning set forth in the Transition Services Agreement.

Examples of Party Data in a sentence

  • Third Party Data and Third Party Services should not be used in making any investment decision.

  • Custodian and its suppliers do not represent or warrant that the Third Party Data or Third Party Services are correct, complete or current.

  • Third Party Data and Third Party Services supplied hereunder are obtained from sources that Custodian believes to be reliable but are provided without any independent investigation by Custodian.

  • Custodian’s suppliers of Third Party Data and Services are intended third party beneficiaries of this Section 1(c) and Section 5 below.

  • The Fund shall not use any Third Party Data in any manner that would act as a substitute for obtaining a license for the data directly from the supplier.

  • Upon termination of the Agreement or the licenses granted herein for any reason, the Fund shall return to Custodian any and all copies of the Information which are in its possession or under its control (except that the Fund may retain reports containing Third Party Data, provided that such Third Party Data remains subject to the provisions of this Appendix).

  • Third Party Data and Third Party Services are proprietary to their suppliers, are provided solely for the Fund’s internal use, and may not be reused, disseminated or redistributed in any form.

  • BNY Mellon is entitled to rely without inquiry on all Third Party Data provided to BNY Mellon hereunder (and all Instructions related to Third Party Data), and BNY Mellon makes no assurances or warranties in relation to the accuracy or completeness of Third Party Data and will not be responsible or liable for any losses or damages incurred as a result of any Third Party Data that is inaccurate or incomplete.

  • The Electronic Services, and any proprietary data (including Third Party Data), processes, software, information and documentation made available to the Fund (other than which are or become part of the public domain or are legally required to be made available to the public) (collectively, the “Information”), are the exclusive and confidential property of Custodian or its suppliers.

  • However, for the avoidance of doubt, reports generated by the Fund containing information relating to its account(s) (except for Third Party Data contained therein) are not deemed to be within the meaning of the term “Information.” the Fund shall keep the Information confidential by using the same care and discretion that the Fund uses with respect to its own confidential property and trade secrets, but not less than reasonable care.

Party Data means either NeuroSystec Data or DURECT Data, as appropriate, each to the extent developed under this Agreement after the Effective Date.

  • Third Party Data has the meaning set forth in Section 9.3(a).

  • Study Data shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.1.

  • Third Party Confidential Information means any and all non-public information provided to Employee, on a confidential basis, by or on behalf of any existing or potential client, vendor, or other person or entity in an existing or potential business relationship with the Company. Additionally, the term “Third Party Confidential Information” includes the aforementioned non-public information that has become public because a person or entity breached an obligation to maintain its confidentiality.

  • UNICEF Data means any and all information or data in digital form or processed or held in digital form that

  • Third Party Information means confidential or proprietary information subject to a duty on the Company’s and its affiliates’ part to maintain the confidentiality of such information and to use it only for certain limited purposes.
