Subscriber Reports definition

Subscriber Reports means the monthly Subscriber reports to be provided by Affiliate to the Authorized Representative in terms of Clause 11 of this Agreement.

Subscriber Reports means the monthly subscriber reports to be provided by the Operator to SDSPL in terms of Clause 12 of this Agreement.

(xli) “Term” means the period of one (1) year commencing from the Effective Date, unless terminated earlier in accordance with the provisions of the Agreement. (xlii) “Territory” means the states and the Union Territories in India. (xliii) “Tier” or “Packages” means various packages offered by the Licensee to the Subscribers comprising of the Subscribed Channels.(xliv) “TRAI” means the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India.

Subscriber Reports means any printed or electronic books, records, reports, memoranda, correspondence, statements, confirmations, and/or presentations produced for or by Subscriber (or its Affiliates and Nominated Consultants) in the course of business relating to transactions, positions or proposed transactions or positions of Subscriber (or its Affiliates and Nominated Consultants).
