Terminating Party definition
Terminating Party. As defined in Section 7.1(f).

Examples of Terminating Party in a sentence
After delivering a Termination Notice, provided the Breaching Party is proceeding diligently to cure such matter and such matter is capable of being cured prior to the Outside Date (with any Wilful Breach being deemed to be incurable), the Terminating Party may not exercise such termination right until the earlier of (a) the Outside Date, and (b) if such matter has not been cured by the date that is 10 Business Days following receipt of such Termination Notice by the Breaching Party, such date.
