Terminating Party definition

Terminating Party. As defined in Section 7.1(f).
Terminating Party has the meaning specified in Section 4.8(3).
Terminating Party means the Employee or the Company, as the case may be, who or which terminates the Employee's Employment by means of a Notice of Termination.

  • In the event the Purchase and Sale Agreement is terminated due to the reason mentioned in i) above, the Breaching Party shall immediately pay the amount equivalent to 20% of the total amount of disposition price of the property to be sold to the Terminating Party as a penalty.
