Should the responding party choose to bring an advisor, the Responding Party should inform the conduct administrator or designee(s) of the name of the advisor in writing at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance of the meeting or hearing.
The purpose of this meeting is to examine evidence, verify facts, and determine truth and resolution of a disciplinary case• During the Intake Meeting, the Responding Party will have the opportunity to review and discuss information in their disciplinary file, including other cases, if any.

A Reporting Party or Responding Party who feels that there is actual or perceived conflict of interest that would materially impact the outcome must submit a written request, detailing with specificity the alleged conflict of interest, to the AVPSL (or to the Senior Vice President of Enrollment Management & Student Services (VPEM) in the event that the potential conflict or bias involves the AVPSL) within two business days after being notified of the individual(s) participation in the resolution process.
