Examples of Disputing Party in a sentence

• On the same day the Credit Support amount is recalculated, the Disputing Party shall deliver any additional Credit Support required pursuant to the recalculation or the Requesting Party shall return any excess Credit Support that is no longer required pursuant to the recalculation.
