Disputing Party definition

Disputing Party as used in Section 11.9 below, means the Party to this Agreement that is disputing an amount in a bill rendered by the Billing Party.
Disputing Party has the meaning specified in Paragraph 4.
Disputing Party has the meaning specified in Paragraph 5.

  • Unless the Corporation and the Disputing Party agree otherwise, the Expert shall not, and the firm that employs the Expert shall not, have any material relationship with the Corporation or the Disputing Party or other actual or potential conflict of interest.
