Assisting Party definition

Assisting Party means a party that provides assistance pursuant to this Agreement during an emergency or disaster.
Assisting Party means any Party furnishing equipment, personnel, and/or services to a Requesting Party under this agreement;
Assisting Party or “Responding Party” means the agency or organization which has received a request to furnish aid and assistance from another Party and has agreed to provide the same.

Examples of Assisting Party in a sentence

  • In accordance with O.C.G.A. § 38-3-30(a), whenever the employees of any Assisting Party or political subdivision are rendering outside aid pursuant to this agreement and the authority contained in Code Section 38-3-27, the employees shall have the same powers, duties, rights, privileges and immunities as if they were performing their duties in the political subdivisions in which they are normally employed.

  • The costs incurred by the Assisting Party under this Agreement shall be reimbursed as needed to make the Assisting Party whole to the fullest extent practicable.

  • The Assisting Party shall pay for fuels, other consumable supplies, and repairs to its equipment as needed to keep the equipment in a state of operational readiness.

  • The Assisting Party shall have authority to direct the manner in which the assignments are performed.

  • The Requesting Party shall pay the total costs for the use and consumption of any and all consumable supplies delivered by the Assisting Party for the Requesting Party under this Agreement.


More Definitions of Assisting Party

Assisting Party means a State, international organisation, any other entity or person that offer and/or render assistance to a Requesting Party or a Receiving Party in the event of land and/or forest fires or haze pollution.
Assisting Party means the participating EMS entity furnishing equipment, services and/or human Resources to the requesting Party.
Assisting Party has the meaning set forth in Section 13.4 (Defense of Third Party Claims).
Assisting Party means the Party to this Agreement providing Aid to another Party to this Agreement;
