No breach of this Agreement may be found to have occurred if performance has commenced to the reasonable satisfaction of the complaining Party within sixty (60) days of the receipt of such notice.
Such request shall be notified to the complaining Party before the expiry of the twenty (20)-day period referred to in paragraph 2.
