Student Conduct Officer definition

Student Conduct Officer means a member of the Student Conduct Committee authorized on a case-by-case basis by the Student Conduct Administrator to perform the duties of the Student Conduct Officer under this Code. Nothing shall prevent the Student Conduct Administrator from authorizing the same individual to act as a Student Conduct Officer in several or all cases.GENERAL RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF ACPHS COMMUNITY MEMBERSACPHS is an academic community which promotes both the rights and responsibilities of individuals within that community. The following rights and responsibilities govern the conduct of students, faculty, administration, staff and visitors on campus and College property, as well as off campus at college sponsored events and programs:
Student Conduct Officer means a college administrator to whom the president or vice- president of student services designates responsibility to implement and enforce the student conduct code. The president or vice-president can reassign any and all of the student conduct officer's duties or responsibilities as set forth in this chapter as reasonably necessary.
Student Conduct Officer means a University Official authorized on a continuing basis by the Dean or their designee or the Office of Student Conduct to conduct Administrative Resolution meetings with a Respondent alleged to have violated this Code and to assign or recommend sanction(s). Student Conduct Officers typically include Deans, Assistant Deans, Directors of Residence Life, Assistant Directors of Residence Life, and the Director of Student Conduct.

  • The Student Conduct Officer shall be a member of the faculty, administration, or the Office of Student Affairs.

Student Conduct Officer means The College at Brockport official authorized by the director of student conduct, assistant director of student conduct, the student conduct coordinator, vice president of enrollment management and student affairs or designee, or other investigator, to conduct a hearing, conference, or investigative meeting with a student to discuss allegations of misconduct. The assistant director of student conduct/student conduct coordinator/president’s designee may authorize the student conduct officer to impose sanctions in all cases.
